hi, why does 了 go at the end in “你今天在中文课里学拼音了吗?” but goes right after the verb in “我昨天学了一 些拼音”?

If you put “了” right after a verb, it emphasizes the action.
If you put “了” in the end of the sentence, it emphasizes the status that the action was done.
